You want to know something wild?

I’m 28 years old and I’m JUST starting to embody being a woman.

Why is that?

In our culture we aren’t initiated into our womanhood.

Often times our parents don’t even explain puberty to us (it’s not there fault… no one taught them either).

Leaving us to our own exploration, talking with friends, reading magazines, emanating what we see in the media and on tv.

Leaving us feeling a sense of embarrassment and shame when it comes to menstruation, sex and our bodies.

The western school system of sexual education isn’t much help either, as it focuses primarily on anatomy/reproduction and keeping youth “safe” (often rooted in fear).

And we definitely weren’t given the owner’s manual to orgasms and pleasure!

No one taught me that the key to unlocking my POWER as a woman was to connect to my pussy and body (and that I didn’t need a lover to do this).

Connect to her pleasure.
Connect to her cycles.
Connect to her wisdom.

And yet so many ladies are feeling DISCONNECTED and ASHAMED of their innate sexual energy and bodies.

I know this because I’ve been there.

It pains me to know this is the norm when I know now there is another way.

What’s the solution?
Integration.
Re-discovering our wholeness.

We need to reclaim this part of ourselves FOR ourselves.

Unlocking the dormant superpower in every woman.

It’s time we create a healthy relationship to our most sacred space. And I literally mean that. The Sanskrit word for pussy, Yoni, legit means “sacred space”.

Soo… I know this post may make you feel uncomfortable. Our culture hasn’t fully normalized talking openly about sexuality.

Trust me, even I feel a bit uncomfortable sometimes posting about this topic publicly… and yet I’m pushing through my comfort zone because this women’s work is too important not to share.

So I encourage you to feel into WHY it makes you feel uncomfortable.

What messages did you get about your body and pleasure growing up?

And are those messages serving you in your freedom?

What more empowering truths can you choose to adopt?

And how can I support you in getting there?

Stay Beautiful,
